Day 1:
Arrive at Ben Gurion International Airport for meet and assistance and transfer to the hotel in Tel Aviv. Overnight Carlton Hotel, Tel Aviv or similar

Day 2:
Enjoy the famous Israeli buffet breakfast in your hotel. Followed by a panoramic tour of Jaffa and visit the Flea Market. Continue to Neve Zedek (the original site of Tel Aviv) and then on to Independence Hall where David Ben Gurion declared the birth of the new State of Israel. Proceed via the "White City" of Tel Aviv with its Bauhaus building architecture. End the day at the Carmel Market, Tel Aviv's major local market. Overnight Carlton Hotel, Tel Aviv or similar

Day 3:
Enjoy buffet breakfast in your hotel. Our first stop as we enter Ella Valley is at Tel Azeka. The fortified city of Azeka (also: Azekah) was one of the cities of the tribe of Judah during the times of the Judea Kingdom, located on a high hill, which towers 300 feet above the valley of Ella. We head south to Tel Sheva, the mound of biblical Beersheba is located in the northern Negev, several kilometers east of the present-day city of Be'er Sheva, which also is known as the city of the patriarchs. We than continue to visit Ramat Hanegev Agriculture R&D center, an experimental Center that focuses on developing advanced agriculture in arid conditions, irrigating with brackish water. Experience Bedouin hospitality in Sfinat Hamidbar located near Kibbutz Mashabei Sade before following a special visit to Carmei Avdat Winery. Established back in 1998 the farm at the site located on a same site that was a vineyard during the Nabbatean period more than 2,000 years ago. Learn about this new mode of Agro Tourism in the remote areas (ranch in the wilderness) of the country and taste one of the best wines of Israel. Drive to Mitzpe Ramon for overnight in Hotel Beresheet.

Day 4:
Breakfast in your hotel. Visit the Ramon Visitor's Center and enjoy a phenomenal view of the Ramon Crater. Proceed on a 2-hour Jeep Tour in the Crater and then continue to the nearby ancient Nabatean site of Avdat for a tour. Overnight Mitzpe Ramon

Day 5:
Enjoy breakfast in your hotel. Next depart for the Dead Sea area and ascend by cable car to explore the formidable fortress of Masada with its impressive sites and then proceed to the Dead Sea to enjoy the thrill of floating on the buoyant water of this sea. Day 6:
Start the day with breakfast at your hotel followed by breathtaking view of Jerusalem from the Mount of Olives. Enter the Old City and walk along the Via Dolorosa leading to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre for an extensive visit. Continue to the Jewish Quarter and the Cardo, Byzantine Jerusalem's major shopping street. End the tour at the Western Wall, Judaism's most sacred site. Overnight Jerusalem Inbal / Mamila hotel

Day 7:
After breakfast at your hotel start the tour of the New City at the Israel Museum to visit the Scale Model of the city as it must have looked during the Second Temple Period. Then on to the Shrine of the Book to see specimens of the Dead Sea Scrolls. Proceed to Yad Vashem, memorial to the Holocaust, then proceed to Bethlehem to visit the Church of the Nativity. Day 8:
Drive north along the Jordan Valley and visit the archeological site of Beth Shean, one of the ten Decapolis. Explore the Roman Theater and amphitheater, Paladius Street, Canaanite Tel, Philistine temple, and new excavations in the area. Ascend the Golan Heights to visit one of the most famous wineries of Israel; Pelter Winery. Enjoy a wine tasting. Continue to Mt Bental, for a stunning panoramic view of the Golan Heights, overlooking the border between Israel and Syria. Learn about the Geopolitics of the region. Descend from the Golan Heights and drive to visit Mount of Beatitudes; North of the Sea of Galilee. Atop the Beatitudes Mount, lies a beautiful church with an octagonal dome that represents the 8 “Beatitudes” of the sermon that Jesus Christ blessed his disciples with 2000 years ago. Day 9:
Enjoy the buffet breakfast. Depart Tiberius heading to Nazareth, Jesus’ boyhood home for a tour of the city. Visit the Church of the Annunciation. Proceed to Mt Carmel (1 Kings 18:17-46) and enjoy special Druze home hospitality. Continue to the artist’s village of Ein-Hod to visit the DADA Museum and enjoy a guided tour. The museum is also named after Marcel Janco (1895-1984), a renown painter and one of the founders of the Dadaist movement (anti-artists) was a contemporary of Pablo Picasso who belonged to the Dadaists Group in Paris. Drive along the Mediterranean shore line to visit Caesarea. Built by Herod the Great and once the seat of Roman rule. View the excavated Roman Theater, with its acoustic and theatrical sound, which was used for many performances throughout the centuries. Enjoy an audio-visual presentation brings to life the times of the Romans who controlled these shores 2,000 years ago.
